Maroth Jewels Pvt. Ltd. company server domestic and international order. We offer international shipping service in two type. 

International Shipping Method

1. Economy International Shipping Time Frame:- Economy shipping will be shipped by Indian post or DHL Post that will take 15 to 30 days to deliver that cost $10. If you need delivery in fast, Please pay for Express Delivery. The shipping fee will be shown while checkout.

2. Express International Delivery Time Frame:- We ship the express parcel via FedEx or DHL that takes 5 to 8 days to deliver the order. The express shipping fee will depend on order value so please make your selection and check at your cart page, Our shipping charges for express start from $30 to $35. Natural calamity or bad weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Angara.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on any such delay. 

3. APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories: We ship orders to APO, FPO, DPO, PO boxes, and US Territories via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Usually, it takes around 15-30 business days for the order to arrive at its shipping destination.

Return Policy

We support the conditional return. This return does not apply to Custom Order, Special Order or Pieces which has been modified according to customer request. Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions given below. You can also call live help, from where one of our customer sales representatives will be happy to help you. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and make sure that all norms are physically available to us before sending any item back to us. We believe in giving 100% customer satisfaction through our quality product and service. We promise to exchange or refund on return goods apart from below mentioned problem as following:

1. Any return will be refused because of any customs issue, such as tax, certification or other reasons.
2. Any return needs to submit within 15 working days after the order received (up to 15 working days), with the attached list of return details via email. All return will be refused for over 15 working days.
3. Any artificial broken or damaged during the delivery.

Please Email us to know you are returning the jewelry and offer the relevant information of the order (Order NO., register name, telephone number, and e-mail address) :- Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.
2. Describe the reasons for return:- If any arrived broken or miss sending or any other problem, please take photos of packaging and practicality of item(s) and show us by Email sales@MarothJewels.com. We will deal with your problem within 5 working days.
3. Return good should be pack proper so product arrives safely.
4. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days after item(s) received. You will receive an email confirming the return status.
